Pier 60 is located at the heart of Clearwater Beach. Spanning from the center of Clearwater Beach 1080 feet into the Gulf of Mexico, the pier has plenty of viewing areas. Additionally at the end of the pier is a boardwalk encircling an open area for viewing and fishing with plenty of benches for sitting.

Open 24 Hours a day, The Pier is located along the waterfront of downtown St Petersburg. The Pier Baithouse is open daily 8am to 10pm and provides fishing pole rental, bait shop including cut bait, live shrimp, pinfish, etc). Common fish include Amberjack, Flounder, Sea Bass, Shark, Snook. The Pier also includes shopping, restaurants & aquarium. There is no fee to access the pier. Parking is $3. Trolley travels from parking to the end of The Pier.

Directions - Travel I275 South towards downtown St Petersburg to Exit 23-A. Exit 23-A and follow onto 4th Ave. Turn right (south) on Beach Dr. Turn left on 2nd Avenue and follow to The Pier parking located on your right.

Redington Long Pier

Spanning 1020 feet into the Gulf of Mexico, Redington Long Pier is located on Redington Beach Florida which is south of Clearwater Beach along the Gulf Coast. During summer hours the pier is open 24 hours daily and is a popular fishing location for locals. Rod rental is available at the bait shop which has cut bait, live shrimp and pinfish. $7 fee.

Fort DeSoto Piers

Fort DeSoto has two fishing piers open 24 hours. Both are free to access. Fort DeSoto is located south of Tierra Verde and also offers campgrounds, public beaches and of course a fort!

The Fort DeSoto Bay Pier is 500 feet long. Bait shop includes cut bait, pinfish and live shrimp.

Fort DeSoto Gulf Pier

The Fort DeSoto Gulf Pier is 1000 feet long. Bait shop on site with cut bait, live shrimp and pinfish.

Sunshine Skyway Fishing Piers

Located at the southern end of Pinellas County, the Sunshine Skyway fishing piers are long fishing piers spanning miles into the mouth of Tampa Bay where it opens to the Gulf of Mexico. Cost is $3 per car and $2 per person. Seniors - $1.50. Kids ages six to twelve - $1. RV/Campers - $10.

Bait shops and fishing rod rentals are available at both piers. Open 24 hours.
