2006 Jazz Festival October 19 to 22 The lineup for the 2006 Jazz Festival will be announced in August. Location Coachman Park 301 Drew Street Clearwater, Florida With 20 acres of beautifully landscaped park, Coachman Park is a waterfront outdoor venue located in downtown Clearwater.
